Tim Brown gives 10 good tips on how to change your habits. I did No. 6 (Blog It) in my post on quitting smoking. Now I think I'll have to use his tips to acquire a vice or two...

Once again, my favourite finds of the week:

Steve Pavlina suggest to "prove to the universe that you're willing to receive the small package with love and gratitude, and bigger opportunities will soon follow" in his article How to Earn Your First Love Dollar. It's an intriguing idea and I'm going to try it.

Many seekers on the road to higher consciousness will pass through the Dark Night of the Soul. This is a good indepth description of what to expect.
